ABOUT US

Since 1978 Kirkpatrick Architecture Studio has been blending a rich mix of design, art and functionality to deliver award-winning buildings throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Mexico. We’re a commercial architecture firm, headquartered in downtown Denton, Texas, which is a good place for us to be, because KAS mirrors the historic square: established, yet always updating itself, full of eclectic people and thriving with energy. We also have a satellite office in downtown Norman, Oklahoma, just a stone’s throw from the OU campus. Again, eclectic, energetic, fun…seeing a pattern here?

We strive to design commercial buildings that last, but more importantly, we want to build relationships that last longer. That’s why our emphasis through the design process is making ourselves accessible to the building owner, in a hands-on approach that will result in a functional yet remarkable design that will fit their needs for years to come. To put it in the simplest of terms, we want to be the best architects we can be for our clients, for our community and for the built environment.
