Arend & Associates has been building in the Los Angeles/Orange County region for over 27 years.  As a general contractor we have completed many commercial/retail/office build outs, but primarily build or remodel exquisite residential projects.  Our formula is to provide a quality product at a competitive price thru the use of a mix of specialty sub-contractors and experienced employees and "hands on" job site management.  Through 38 years of construction experience we have learned what it takes to get projects completed on time at a level of quality that we are proud of.  Our clientele has included Sony Music, Adidas, Quizno's, and many others including celebrities and professional athletes.  We hope that after browsing through photos of some of our projects you will contact us to explore how we might help by becoming a part of your team.
