Scope Of Work
7Penn Apartments provides residents a live-work-play downtown community living experience with convenient access to local restaurants, museums, and shopping. Quasius Construction completed the $10.6-million, 5-story building, in partnership with Milwaukee-based national housing developer, Cardinal Capital Management, Inc. Designed by Abacus Architects, these apartments offer residents exquisite views of the Sheboygan River and Lake Michigan.
The 66-unit market-rate apartment includes four studio, 46-one bedrooms, and 16-two bedrooms and a total of 92 underground and surface parking spaces; and helps to address Sheboygan County’s current housing shortage as local employers grow and add jobs. 8,100 square feet of commercial space is available on the first floor for lease.
