Scope Of Work

This Project was a retro fit of an existing warehouse. Our challenge on this project was in the second floor office space that had a teneant in the offices while we had our work to do. We had to keep the noise to a minimum and had to time the water and waste lines shut down to not impact the office tenant. The project consisted of several locations of trench drains as well as exterior oil/water separator that had its own challenges of how to keep it from freezing. Interior demolition of existing plumbing fixtures, DWV and water supply pipe. Install all new DWV and water supply.
