Wise Construction Company, Inc.is a full service General Contractor headquartered in northwest Dayton, Ohio. Wise specializes in new construction and major renovation of commercial, industrial and institutional buildings including healthcare and educational facilities. Founded by the late Warren C. Wise, the company has been actively involved in the Southwestern Ohio construction arena since 1983. Under the direction of David F. Abney II, the company's long-time President and CEO, Wise Construction continues to build upon its experience and consistently provide its clients with high quality, dependable construction services.

Wise Construction Management, Ltd., was established in 2001 by David Abney to fulfill the need for quality CM service providers to the Ohio Schools Facilities Commission. Over the past decade, WCM has successfully participated in and completed a number of joint venture projects for the OSFC. WCM is forging its way ahead in the industry based on the solid experience of its leadership and the cohesive teamwork of its dedicated staff, most of whom have worked together for at least a decade, some for over twenty years.

Wise Services, Inc. is a small business contractor formed in 1993 to meet the construction labor needs of the operating contractor, at the Department of Energy's Fernald Closure Project. Wise Services worked at the Fernald site for fourteen years (1993-2006) contributing labor and management to the closure mission of the former nuclear weapons program site. WSI also completed a lab relocation project for Argonne National Laboratory at its Miamisburg, Ohio Mound facility.
