Capezio Contractors, Inc.

Robert opened Capezio Contractors Inc. in January 1996.  His business philosophy is to treat every client’s property as if it were his own and each employee as he would like to be treated.  As sole owner, he oversees Business Development, Estimating, Project Management, Production, Emergency Services and Office Administration.
 
Robert earned an Associates Degree in Architecture from AACC followed by a Bachelors Degree in Housing and Applied design from the University of Maryland.  Before opening Capezio Contractors he was an Estimator for a large commercial contractor and then for a large insurance restoration contractor.

Charlie has been an Estimator in the Insurance Industry since 1996. Charlie has great instincts and problem solving abilities that will help us better serve our Clients. He holds several certifications and is very proud of the National Award he received in the category of Major Insurance Restoration.

Tony has been a part time employee while he finished his degree in Construction Management. Now that he has graduated we are happy to report he has come onboard as a full time Estimator. Tony has a great attention to detail and exceptional customer service so we look forward to the insight of a young point of view as we grow Capezio.

John joined our team in May 2014 as a Project Manager. He has been in the construction industry since 1978 and brings a wealth of knowledge to Capezio. John is lead paint certified and fluent in construction Spanish, has worked with major national builders and loves the construction industry. We are fortunate to have him working for us and our clients!

Lisa is our Office Manager and joined our team in 1997.  Lisa has over 20 years experience in accounting and handles all of our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing and Collections.  She is the ‘heartbeat’ of our office and wears many different hats for Capezio.  If you have any problems or concerns she is our ‘go to’ person and our all around problem solver. If she doesn’t have the answer, she will surely get it for you.  Lisa is the Liaison between the office and the field assuring our customers and adjusters are provided with the best possible service.  We are lucky to have such a detail-oriented person to rely on.

Lisa has been happily married since 1994, she and her husband have 2 wonderful daughters.

Barb joined in January, 2010 as director of Business Development and is excited to be part of such a great team. She has 20 years in the Restoration Industry. She has taken several courses in Construction Management and is a Project Manager for overflow business. She is a good fit for us and we are happy to have her as part of the Capezio team.
