DEVELOP continues to grow and evolve. Our name is new in 2017, but our journey began in 2006 when company founder Thomas John launched Thomas & Sons Builders.

Upon completing his studies in construction and engineering, Thomas John honed his skills managing large, complex construction projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Through diligence and a desire to exceed expectations, he advanced Thomas & Sons Builders from work on specialized masonry projects to general contracting and design-build construction.

With attention to every detail, competitive pricing and on-time delivery, Thomas & Sons became a trusted partner to many government agencies, developers and building owners in the New York/New Jersey area.

Now DEVELOP is taking its services nationwide to advance the construction industry with creative solutions that improve efficiencies and compress timelines. We’re focused on applying the latest technologies and innovations available to reduce waste and create more value for clients.
