Established in 1998, we have since completed several projects including: retail and quick-serve restaurants; medical facilities; new apartment buildings; religious facilities; office and industrial space; institutional and multi-use facilities and fast track fit-outs. Our bids are always competitive and we work hard to get the job done right.

At Manlyn, we believe that safety is paramount. All of our workers are licensed, insured, and have OSHA training and certification. We are also certified with the Environmental Protection Agency for Lead Safety for renovation, repair and painting. We are registered with the Department of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. Our licenses, insurance, and street bonds are always up to date.

We take great pride in our work and see a project through from inception to Certificate of Occupancy. We house our own tradesmen and work with a regular group of sub-contractors and vendors to provide consistency and reliability. All inspections are monitored by us, and we make sure they pass.

We complete all projects on time, on budget, and to the utmost of our client's expectations. Our superintendents review the quality and timeliness of subcontractors, conduct safety meetings, and always maintain a positive relationship with the client.

Our diligent staff facilitates the documentation process and all other administrative work in-house.
