Scope Of Work

After purchasing two adjacent sites, one which housed a historical house in New Milford, Connecticut, Union Savings Bank commissioned Antinozzi Associates to design the branch. They were looking for warmth and welcome in the design.  Antinozzi Associates saved the existing Italianate Victorian historical house and added on to it in a way that accented the warmth of the house providing a welcoming feel to the branch. The interior was designed using colors and materials appropriate to the era the house represented. We even went as far as saving two old fireplace mantels, refurbishing them and relocating them to prominent locations within the new branch. The building was well received at the grand opening both by local residents and our clients.

Shortly after, Antinozzi Associates was commissioned to design branches in Brookfield and Southbury. Though the exteriors of the branch fit the neighboring community, the interiors maintain the same color and finish scheme as the original branch in New Milford.
