Scope Of Work
Complete renovation and addition of 64,784 sq. ft. of school space consisting of interior walls, ceilings, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and site work. This project was a CM at Risk contract because of its extreme difficulty and minimal allotted time frame for completion. This multi-million dollar project was completed in 46 days, meeting the Owner's stringent time frame and by working around the clock, scheduling multiple crews for both day and evening hours. This project was value-engineered by us with a result of coming in well under budget and a cost savings of hundreds of thousands of dollars to the School District. Completion date: September 2010.
