Scope Of Work
In perhaps the most logistically challenging project the company has taken on, Omnibuild was contracted to handle infrastructure upgrades – including an auto lift upgrade and the installation of a massive gas-to-steam boiler plant – at New York City’s largest hotel. Located in the impossibly busy Time Square and abutting some of the most famous theaters in the world, The Marriott Marquis required all of the Omnibuild team’s vast experience and expertise. The seamless Con Ed transition was executed in just one day, through a tightly scripted and highly specific protocol. The trust placed in the team was deserved – the boiler plant was installed and put into operation on time and fully operational.
