Our Story

Mega Development Inc. has been providing Development Services, Project Management, General Constructing, and Design Build Services to clients in Northern Illinois for three (3) decades, and ventured out into Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Iowa and Florida

Like many firms we started small, initially as Pappas Construction which was incorporated in 1981. Through our hard work and at the request of our clients we grew from our early days as simply a builder into a multi-disciplinary firm. As we grew, we felt our name no longer appropriately addressed the medley of services we were providing to our clients and re-incorporated under the name of Mega Development Inc. in 1995.
