Circle M Construction, Inc.

In 1983 after working for a family owned lumber company for twenty years, Robert Miller decided to form his own company specializing in concrete construction. While working in the lumber business Mr. Miller had served as a general contractor on hundreds of new homes, agricultural confinement buildings and numerous other commercial projects. Mr. Miller had also previously controlled the budget for a wing in the US Air Force which helped to make estimating for construction projects relatively easy.

Circle M Construction was orignally based in Warsaw, Indiana but was traveling to several different states for regular work. In 1986 we were engaged to install the concrete work for a nine building agricultrual building poject at Eli Lilly's Greenfield, Indiana facility. With the close proximity to Indianapolis Circle M Construction became engaged in numerous commercial projects in the Indianapolis area, upon which we decided to move our headquarters to Indy to cut down on travel time.
