Scope Of Work

$10 million construction of a new 25,000-SF behavioral health facility in an existing building on an active hospital campus in Eugene, Oregon. Includes the demolition of two buildings to make way for a 7,500-SF addition and added site improvements and parking. More than 18,000-SF of the interior build-out took place on the first floor of a four-story building (with basement), which houses one level of parking. The facility offers 36 rooms with varying levels of security for patients in need of special care.
