JJR ASSOCIATES, INC. (JJR) was founded in 1983 by their principals Rafael M. Vasquez and Jorge A. Vasquez with a combined 90 years experience in the building of quality homes and commercial projects. The principals are members of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Since its inception the Company has completed projects from New York City to Montauk Point on Eastern Long Island. JJR’s projects have included Residential Developments, award winning Custom Designed luxury homes, Commercial Construction and Renovations.
