Scope Of Work
The renovations and expansion of the Valley Utility Commission offices was completed in phases. The first phase included gutting and renovating an existing 3,000 square feet wood and brick veneer building into a new Customer Engagement Center, as well as renovating a pre-engineered building on the same site into their new Information Technology Unit. The second and final phase of construction included the renovation of existing facilities into an updated Headquarters Building which includes offices, training space and group work areas, as well as the addition of administrative space (offices, meeting rooms, etc.) to house the Commission and Public Meeting Hall.
