Scope Of Work
This new construction of a full-service financial center located on North Monroe Street was completed in phases. Phase One included renovations and new construction of the automated drive through teller services from the City of Tallahassee’s drive-through payment center, which was the site’s former provding 10,000 square feet of administrative space for 22 employees, and including a community room designated for education-based financial literacy efforts. The second floor houses additional commercial spaces for future expansion.
