Scope Of Work
HARD COAT STUCCO SYSTEM INSTALLATION
1. Complete installation of Hard Coat Stucco System for the entire Building “E” as per drawings.
2. Complete installation of two layer felt paper for the entire building.
3. Complete installation of drain screen for the entire building.
4. Complete installation of wire lath 2.5
5. Complete application to all control joints
6. Complete installation of scratch coat as first layer.
7. Complete installation of hard coat as second layer.
8. Expansion joints will be required to break big walls into small panels easy to work with.
9. Complete application of synthetic stucco will be the third and final coat.
10. Complete application of backer rod and caulking to all windows, where the stucco is applied only.
BASE COAT AND COLOR UPGRADE STUCCO SYSTEM
- Complete installation of Base coat and Color Coat Stucco System upgrade for Buildings “B” and “C” fronts only.
- Complete application of Base coat coding as primer. Front only.
- Complete application of synthetic stucco, upgrade colors. Front only.
- Complete installation of corner coins where they were missing, to match the rest of the buildings. Front only.
THIN BRICK AND WINDOWS MOLDING
- Thin Brick for four (4) new extra sections for Buildings “A” and “F” sides only
- Complete installation of windows molding and stones on buildings “F”, “A” and “D”. Front, rear and cornice (240’)
