Scope Of Work
8” CMU BLOCK INSTALLATION
- To install 8”x8”x16” CMU block at ground floor, second floor and bulkhead as per specs.
- To install dur-o-wall wire every 2 (two) courses of CMU as per drawings.
- To install #5 rebar every 32” o.c. as per specs.
- To fill cells blocks as per specs.
BRICK VENEER INSTALLATION
- Installation of 4” Brick veneer as per specs.
- Application of waterproofing (Brick area only).
- Installation 2” rigid insulation.
- Installation wall ties.
- Installation of flashing tape.
- Installation of weep holes.
- Installation of pre-cast sills.
- To install mortar net.
- Installation of standard type “S” mortar.
- Washing brick after installation.
- Complete application of backer rod and caulking to all windows where the brick was installed.
NOTE: This proposal does not include the setting of the scaffolds. It will be provided by GC/owner.
