Scope Of Work
12” and 8” CMU INSTALLATION
- To install 12X8”X16”” and 8”X8”X16” CMU at staircases, elevator shaft, partitions walls and parapets.
- To install #5 rebar 16” o.c. as per specs.
- To install DUR-O-WALL every 2 courses.
- To fill cell’s block @16” o.c. (3,000 psi. grout) as per specs.
STOQUIK SILVER DRAIN SCREEN STUCCO SYSTEM
- Complete application of water proofing.
- Complete installation of Drainage mat.
- Complete installation of ½” Perma Base cement board.
- Complete installation of fiberglass mesh embedded in base coat.
- Complete application of Powerwall stucco finish will be the final coat.
- Complete application of backer rod and caulking to all windows, where the stucco will be applied only.
ALUMINUM PERFORATED PANELS
- Supply and install clad aluminum perforated panels as per drawings.
- Supply aluminum 65 pieces of 10’ windows drip edge and 100 pieces of 10’ on top of stucco.
POURING CONCRETE SIDEWALK AND CURB
- Removal and disposal of existing concrete sidewalk.
- Form and pour new concrete sidewalk and curb color Charcoal as per drawings.
- Form 2 tree pits (5’x5’) as per drawings.
