BRICK, WATERPROOFING, STONE AND HARD STUCCO SYSTEM INSTALLATION
- Complete installation of Hard Stucco System As per Drawings.
- Complete installation of emerald coat water proofing for the entire building.
- Complete installation of two layers felt paper #15.
- Complete installation of wire lath 2.5
- Complete installation of scratch coat as first layer.
- Complete installation of hard coat as second layer.
- Expansion joints will be required to break big walls into small panels easy to work with.
- Complete application of synthetic stucco will be the third and final coat.
- Complete application to all control joints.
- Complete application of backer rod and caulking to all windows, where the stucco is applied only.
- Complete installation of brick as per drawings.
- Complete installation of cast stone as per drawings.
