Scope Of Work
DURO WALL STUCCO SYSTEM
- Complete installation of Duro wall Stucco System as per drawings.
- Complete installation of drain mat.
- Expansion joints will be required to break big walls into small panels easy to work with.
- Complete installation of ½” duro wall.
- Complete application of base coat with embedded fiberglass mesh.
- Complete application of primer coat.
- Complete application of Free Form Super Smooth Synthetic Stucco will be the final coat.
- Complete application of backer rod and caulking, self-sticking flashing and aluminum flashing to all windows, where the stucco were applied only.
BRICK AND PRECAST INSTALLATION
- Complete set up and mobilization of scaffolds to perform bricks installation.
- Complete installation of Brick and precast as per plans and specs.
- Complete furnish and installation of weep holes, mortar net, wall ties and self-sticking flashings.
- Complete furnish and installation of relief angles L6x4x3/8 with 5/8 thorough bolt @12 o.c.
- Furnish and install through bolts with welded bearing plates for all brick and cast stone relieving angles according to the attached sketch (Exhibit A). The through bolts and bearing plates are to be installed from the inside through the LVL rim joist prior to installing the drywall.
- Furnish and install Henry Blue Seal roll on waterproofing on all CMU and C.I.P concrete where brick veneer or cast stone will be applied.
- Furnish and install Blue skin peel and stick flashing on all holes, pipes, relieving angles to ensure water tight system.
- Furnish and install Henry 925 BES sealant around all penetrations including the brick relieving angle through bolts in the exterior wall where brick or cast stone will be installed.
- Furnish and install color match sikaflex caulking for control joints, windows, doors, PTAC sleeves.
- Install all precast and grout joints with color match (Owner to supply grout and precast).
- Furnish and install metal flashing (color to be chosen by Owner) as needed for proper waterproofing.
- Complete cleanup of brick with the recommended detergent as per manufacturer.
NOTE: The brick, precast and mortar will be supplied by MVC.
