Jeff has been Chief Financial Officer for EnviroStruct since 2014. In his position, Jeff oversees the accounting, asset management, finance, and human resource activities for EnviroStruct and its related companies.

Jeff brings over 35 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, and operations management to his current position. He is also knowledgeable in company merger and integration as well as strategic goal management. Jeff has worked in public accounting and the following industries – Transportation/Logistics, Manufacturing and Construction.

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Business Administration, Jeff gained experience in public accounting and private industry in his home state of Wisconsin before moving to Florida in 1994.

Jeff resides in Estero, FL with his wife Bonnie and they have two adult children. He is actively involved in his local church and other Estero community organizations.

Neil is a native of the south suburbs of Chicago and moved to Southwest Florida years ago, like many, to escape the brutal winters. He graduated from Eastern Illinois University and has been in commercial construction for over 17 years. While in college his summer job as a union concrete laborer provided an invaluable hands-on field education and created very strong credibility amongst his peers as he moved up the construction ranks. Holding titles of foreman, superintendent, project manager, and estimator Neil has held nearly every field position available.

After being part of dozens of project management teams that have constructed a diverse variety of projects ranging from small tenant build-outs to skyline high-rises reaching 57 stories, he felt completely prepared to take on the challenges of constructing buildings under his own label. He is a state of Florida certified general contractor, member of the United States Green Building Council, and belongs to numerous local organizations. Neil and his wife Nicole reside in Estero Florida with their sons Josh and Jack and daughter Hannah.

Stephen is a native of Montgomery County Pennsylvania (north western suburbs) of Philadelphia; he relocated to Southwest Florida nearly a decade ago. He brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry to EnviroStruct. Stephen oversees all pre-construction, estimating, construction and operations for EnviroStruct’s projects throughout the State of Florida. He has completed a wide variety of project types and sizes as a Superintendent / Estimator / Project Manager ranging from interior build-outs, medical office buildings, auto dealerships, faith based projects, big box, retail shopping malls, sports arenas, industrial / manufacturing, government facilities to international airport terminal buildings.

Starting his construction career in his home State of Pennsylvania, Stephen commenced his career working as a carpenter apprentice while completing his Journeyman’s course through the ABC program. He quickly worked his way to carpenter foreman and then to Project Superintendent while continuing his education to become a Project Manager and Estimator. Rising through the ranks in the industry with 100% field knowledge and understanding of how things work and come together on an actual project and not only on paper has propelled Stephen and given him the confidence to take on the role of an active principal of EnviroStruct. He brings a broad range of experience and technical knowledge to every project the company undertakes.

Stephen is a National Allied Member of the American Institute of Architects, a member of the United States Green Building Council, a local advocate and donor for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and currently resides in Cape Coral, Florida with his wife Lauren, daughters Erin, Madisyn and Riley.

As Vice President of Operations, Frank oversees all aspects of the project management team, assists in the development and monitoring of company procedures and works closely with clients for current projects. Frank has 27 years of construction experience in Southwest Florida. After graduating from high school in 1994, Frank began working in the field as a concrete carpenter’s apprentice while at the same time taking full time college courses. After graduating with a degree in Construction Management Frank went on to complete his state certification for his General Contractor’s License. Frank continued to work in the construction industry in Southwest Florida and he joined Envirostruct in 2013 quickly working his way up to Vice President of Operations. Frank grew up in Southwest Florida enjoying the sunshine while playing golf and fishing as his most favorite hobbies. Married for 18 years, Frank and his wife Lisa have two teenage children.

As Operations Manager, Shawn oversees all aspects of the project management team, assists in the development and monitoring of company procedures and works closely with clients for current projects. Shawn has 25 years of construction experience in Florida. After graduating from high school in 1992, Shawn began working in the field as a concrete labor and finisher while at the same time taking full time college courses. After graduating with a degree in Construction Management Shawn continued his progression within the construction industry in Florida and he joined Envirostruct in 2016 quickly working his way up to Operations Manager of Central Florida. Shawn grew up in Western NY moving to Florida 28 years ago. Shawn enjoys deep sea fishing, spending time with his grandson, and is an avid collector of sports memorabilia. Married for 24 years, Shawn and his wife Jodi have two adult sons and one grandson.
