From the very beginning of this project, I had a feeling that Clear Communications (CC) would be chosen when vetting the RFP's. The number of visits to the site to investigate the Project Scope was something I never encountered before. Not only did CC design and recommend the appropriate Digital Camera Network System for our garage's unique structural building, but they also were able to accurately budget the costs of the Project so that they could offer a superior network at a very reasonable price, when compared to the other Vendors bidding on the Project. Communication throughout the entire Project was above and beyond. I was informed of all scheduled visits well before the techs would arrive at the garage, which helped us plan for the rerouting of vehicles and overall job safety (which is one of my biggest concerns when dealing with so many different types of customers). As the project moved along, there were the typical adjustments such as additional specification changes in some system components; additional materials needed; and improved logistical ideas for system layout. Those items were handled with full understanding for the change, and in most cases there were no additional costs incurred for the Project's "value enhanced" changes made. I was also quite pleased with the customer service component of the Project, such as : training provided to operate the new system; service calls handled quickly with little to no down time on the Network. I also enjoyed getting to know a few of the staff from CC. The 'team' assigned to our garage were friendly and easy going, with a good sense of humor... the qualities i hope for in working with any vendor. Makes for a congenial Project, with both parties enjoy a situation that was a win - win for both of us. The Project was done in the time frame given, with good solutions to any obstacles that may have popped up from time to time. You could tell that CC enjoys what they do, .... it shows up in every aspect of the Project. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and would easily recommend them to any prospective customer with confidence.
