Francisco Thompson started the company over a decade ago and is responsible for much of its organization and direction. Since childhood, he worked with his father in the construction of amusement rides, which gave him the experience of running a company, using different trades in construction and building courage to tackle large and challenging projects, His extensive experience in residential and commercial field developed from this mind set and makes him an integral part of Team Master’s Projects. Francisco is always characterized by his attention-to-detail in the construction process and finishes, as well as, as his big-hearted personality. Francisco focuses on keeping our team together, taking care of our employees and their families

Rick Chavez joined Team Masters in 2007 as an Estimator, as well as, assisting with Business Development. Rick has over twenty five years’ experience–in all areas–of the construction industry, from estimating to field construction to project management. Current duties include generating new clientele, estimating, and full interaction with superintendents and project managers. 

Sara Kramer learned the construction industry in 2002, seasoning her skills in Pre-construction and overseeing superintendent schedules. In 2009, Sara brought her family-oriented construction skills to Team Masters Construction. Sara Kramer learned solid values growing up–from her family–that flows through her work each and every day. She manages the Business Development, Pre-construction and is a Project Manager too. Believing the success of a business depends on the long lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, colleagues and employees, Sara values each and every contact she encounters.
