Scope Of Work
An existing 1940’s pier on the Washington Channel transformed into Class A office space. Pier 4 at the Wharf will serve as the Washington D.C. headquarters and main cruise depot for Entertainment Cruises. The building is constructed upon the existing pier and clad in high performance Alucobond Zinc and Alabaster 4mm aluminum composite panel installed using Architectural Metal Designs "AMD 2000 Dry Joint" rainscreen route and return system. Total quantity of ACM for this project is over 10,500 square feet.
