For over a dozen years, Parking Lots Inc's Owners, Steve and Lisa have built a solid reputation as Tampa Bay's most trusted seal coating and pavement marking company, specializing in paint striping, seal coating, signs, and thermoplastic striping. The company is family owned and committed to providing quality asphalt sealing and parking lot maintenance service to the central Florida communities. They believe that a reputation as an honest and reliable asphalt sealing and striping company is the recipe for success. With much support from Steve's mother Angie, Steve and Lisa started the seal coating company from scratch. Justin began apprenticing and pavement marking at age 12 and  has developed a key understanding of all aspects of asphalt seal coating, black top construction and parking lot maintenance.  He is now a key player overseeing and managing all projects on site. Colten is the youngest, but it looks like he has the desire and work ethic to carry on the family tradition.
