Scope Of Work
Point Monitor took over stand alone controls for (3) RTUs and an underfloor, radiant heat, boiler system. Point Monitor installed ProLon Controls in this office building and programed it so that the systems would not fight each other anymore. This was all tested individually and as a whole to make sure all is working the best it can. After a few months of running, this new Control system is saving the customer an average of $700 a month on utility expenses.
