Our Story

Salamon Engineering Group (SEG)Founded in 1986 by David Salamon P.E. who has been providing Engineering and Architectural services to property managers and developers throughout the New York area, treating each client’s project with individualism and creativity.  Our engineering firm offers professional services for Inspection and design services of the repair, enlargement and new construction of buildings.

At SEG, our 23 years of experience and knowledge together with single-point accountability is to our client’s advantage. We have a core group of seasonal staff of professional engineers, Architects, and Building Department expeditors providing a broad bank of information, experience, plus flexibility to bring in the best creative talent for smaller or larger scale projects.

SEG’s culture promotes innovation and resourcefulness. Each project is supervised by the firm’s principal guiding each engagement to its completion on schedule and within budget. Whether your assignment is a standard procedure or analytical, we always apply the strictest quality controls and act in compliance with all municipal codes.
Salamon Engineering has worked on over 2,000 projects ranging from residential high rise developments, brown stones, hotels, office buildings, commercial spaces, Areas of Public Assembly, restaurants and house of worships.
