Tom Arezzi, Vice President of Operations, is a self-motivated, hands-on professional with over thirty years of experience in Operations, Construction, and Project and Facilities Management. Tom's background includes IT, web design, video and photo imaging. He has estimated, designed, and managed a wide range of projects with the result being viable, cost-effective solutions. Tom has a track record of timely and under budget completion of projects in both the private and public sectors, and extensive experience in Project Management, design, team building and negotiating skills.
Wayne established Capital City Services in 1978, serving the Richmond and Tri-City areas. Providing plumbing, drain cleaning and heating & cooling services.
During the 1980’s he expanded his services to include pipe and culvert cleaning, underground utility locating and T.V. inspections.
Since then Wayne has provided turn-key jobs involving work ranging from installing new water, gas and sewer lines to media blasting and industrial coatings.
In the early 90’s Wayne expanded to wastewater and water treatment plant maintenance and repair, including industrial vacuum trucks and high-pressure water blasting equipment.
After working with our firm, our clients began to demand our presence in all aspects of construction, which led us to establish our full service general construction/consulting/ project management division.
Today, we lead with 70 years of experience in all areas and phases of general construction, utility work, mechanical and infrastructure; as well as wastewater and water treatment plants. We are also the only private company in Virginia to offer Micro Traxx service and are among a select few contractors who use dedicated Hydro Excavation equipment.
Tim Whitlock, Vice President of our Environmental Division, is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran with over 30 years of experience in the Safety and Environmental fields. He has an extensive background, having worked with the U.S. Department of Transportation as Port Safety Officer for Hampton Roads Virginia under the Research & Special Programs Administration (RSPA) as a U.S.C.G. Radiological Safety Officer. He was also part of a NATO training unit, instructing the U.S. Military and our Allies as a Subject Matter Specialist in NBC Warfare and Counterterrorism.
Faye Lickey has thirty years experience in bookkeeping, office management, staff training, procurement and human resources. Faye served 10 apartment complexes with over 3,500 residents. A Navy veteran, trained in shipboard crane operations and also performed financial functions for a family-owned business.
