Scope Of Work

In Dolphin area remove existing deteriorated piles; at Main Pier remove and reinstall fuel lines and electrical work; remove and dispose of existing bulkhead and reinstall with composite timber and anchor rods; backfill with stone; remove and dispose of existing wood decking; furnish and install new wood pile cap framing, stringers; install new cross and horizontal bracing including hardware; remove and dispose of existing deteriorated plumb/batter piles including grout bags and stone around piles; install new wood piles, pile jacket repairs; at Fuel Pier Head remove all existing wood fender system and install composite fender piles; clean refinish and reinstall salvaged cleats; install 15' long stainless steel access ladder with railing and hardware; demolish abandoned lighting systems, remove and salvage existing flood lights, remove and salvage fueling systems and grounding systems; reinstall all electrical components and fuel system.
