I am most grateful to Fossati Plumbing for their prompt and gracious response to my call for help with a leaking water heater. I had been impressed with their website and decided to try them in my search for a reliable plumber. I was greeted warmly by Sonja, who reassured me that I would be getting expert assistance by Rich, who is a Master Plumber. Within a very short time Rich arrived at my house and assessed the situation. His years of experience enabled him to give me honest, expert advice, and he carefully explained all my options. Rich was extremely fair in his offerings, and I was impressed with his thoughtful consideration of my needs. In addition, Rich helped me out with another situation involving my water tank, and generously gave of his time and skill to remedy the

Let me begin by saying I have owned my home for 15 years and in that time I have had to call a plumber or two for varying water/plumbing issues. In all that time I have never found a company that I felt quite comfortable enough with that I would ever call them again.
Recently, after a “hatchet” job performed to my water softener, by a plumbing company that shall remain nameless, I stumbled upon Fossati Plumbing on a search on the internet. I must say, just in time, for I also began to experience intermittent water flow in my home.
From the very first call to the office, in which I spoke to Sonja, I was treated with compassion and prompt service. Within a day, Tony Vittoria, Service Manager, was at my home and assessed the situation with me giving me a detailed evaluation of what he felt we needed to do. Fearful that this water situation was due to a problem with my well, Tony calmly explained how “it could all be taken care of” and “not to worry”. Thank you Tony for helping me to keep my anxieties to a minimum! And he was so very right! A week later, and a brand new well pump installed, water has been restored to my home.
I cannot thank Fossati, the plumbers, their staff, enough for all that they have done for my home and my peace of mind. If you are looking for a plumbing company to service all of your plumbing/water needs, then Fossati is the company you should call. Prompt, courteous service at reasonable rates and all performed with that “touch of family” feel. Who could ask for anything better?
