For forty-three years you've known us as Johnson Company. We chose that name as its founders, M.H.Johnson and Ray J. Sears, Jr. Manufacturers Representatives for Jamison Door Company, Incorporated Johnson Equipment Service in 1969 as a specialty door and truck loading dock equipment sales and service company.

In 1978 the company name was changed to Johnson Equipment and Sales, Inc. Enhancing its marketing capabilities in sales and distribution of loading dock equipment and all types of industrial doors.

January,1987 we registered INSOLRAE Building Products trade mark promoting and development of its multi purpose panel systems. The marketing of insulated PANEL SYSTEMS became the focus of the company's growth with its new title Johnson Panel Systems, Inc.

In November 1987 we continued to grow. With the purchase of CHALLENGER Refrigerated Boxes. We were at a point where our name was no longer an accurate reflection of our company. That's why we have chosen our present name.

Including Mechanical systems serving food, pharmaceutical, agricultural, chemical, commercial, industrial and cleanroom industries.

As we have changed our name, we have not forgotten the traditions of our past and will use those and innovations to continue into the 21st Century.
