called John over @ Kitson Contracting for caulking/sealing of two parking structures. Our original contractor underbid it and cut corners on the job. Far too many change orders, we lost confidence and booted them off the project (bad communication too, hate that). Talked to John by phone, immediately knew this was going to be my guy to get it done RIGHT. And they did! Very happy with his crew and completion schedule. Always kept me in the loop. Recommended definitely, thanks John
