Over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Drew has excelled in all aspects of commercial and industrial construction. Drew capitalizes on his experience to provide quality control and overall guidance to multiple construction teams. While Drew has an extensive civil background, his years of service in the industry make him an excellent voice in all general construction arenas.  Drew plays a pivotal role in daily production, quality control, resource management, estimating, logistics, and project management.

In addition to his overall construction knowledge, Drew’s customer service skills are unrivaled; he truly values all of Z Con’s customers and takes the time to understand client needs. Over the last two decades, Drew has worked closely and nurtured relationships with clients including Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Exelon, and the United States Army Corps of Engineers.

Jon has 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Jon’s education and career path allow understanding of the multiple facets of the construction industry, offering our partners a unique and efficient “start to finish” approach. While his primary focus is concrete construction-related, he has also worked in general contracting and commercial electric services.

Jon firmly understands the responsibilities of management as related to overall project completion and developed a workflow balance of safety, quality, and schedule. The result is timely completion, keeping the project on track. He brings extensive experience in County Government, Federal Government, and the private sector to every job site. Additionally, Jon has experience in permit applications, as well as planning and assuring adherence to individual minority and local hiring requirements of multiple jurisdictions.
