Scope Of Work
Remodel Oncology/Opthalmology
Remodel/reconfigure space to renovate space on the 5th Floor for Oncology/Ophthalmology services. Demolition was inclusive of the existing space. New construction included installation of new HVAC system, upgrade of electrical, data, TV, fire alarm door holders, copper conductors to panel board, new metal framing, drywall, plumbing and sanitary for new hand lavatories, new doors and hardware, interior finishes, relocate/add quick response fire sprinkler heads in accordance with NFPA standards.
