Bill is the Executive Vice President at DEI. As needed, he performs the role of a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, Bill is responsible for the construction schedule and all financial and contractual aspects of the project. Thomas Montchai's Bio
Tom has more than 29 years of professional experience in retail design, designing everything from architectural facades at Universal's Hollywood Studios in Orlando, Florida, Legoland in Winsor, England, to designing and acting as the master planner for a major theme park in Sao Paulo, Brazil. At DEI he is responsible for the design concept development, site planning, and overall architectural design. This includes program gathering, ideation of retail concepts, review of construction documents, and coordination of retail concepts and interior design.
Tom is a registered architect in 12 states. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
