Our Story

For the past twenty-five years, Procom has consistently remained among the nation’s foremost providers of end-to-end solutions for residential and commercial users that require design, integration, and implementation of advanced security/video systems. As well as access controls, remote monitoring, and smart home automation.

From commencement to completion, Procom remains dedicated to meeting client budgets while providing the timely delivery of all contracted products and services. Installation of systems is done by Procom’s professional staff of engineers and licensed installers that complete all wiring, testing, and sign-off requirements of the client.

Some of the services we provide are burglary and fire alarms, central vacuums, IT services, door access, home theater, lighting control, security cameras, wireless networks, and low voltage wiring. With over 60 employees and a fleet of over 30 service vehicles, we offer 24/7 service for critical installation. Our system engineers continuesly take courses to make sure we offer the newest technology to our clients.

Procom is a member of BICIS and offers union low voltage labor to our commercial clients in downtown Chicago and suburbs. We are working with major developers in Chicago (Sterling Bay, Novak Construction, Bulley, and Andrews...).

Our security cameras protect large enterprise clients (Molex Plastic, Sidley Austin, FOX, NBC,...), the streets of the City of Chicago with instant connection to OEMC (Chicago 911 Center) and small and medium-sized businesses in the Chicagoland area since 1993. Each manufacturer is unique and has strong solutions depending on the project and budget. Our job is to recommend/install and service the best solution available on the market for each individual project.

Procom system engineers are certified by major manufacturers in security and Audio/Video (Alarm.com, Avigilon, Axis, Cisco, Control4, Crestron, Genetec, Cambridge, Salto Systems...). The residential division specializes in automation and Audio/Video systems for production builders and custom homes. Please visit our website for references.
