And Duties : Responsible for cost Effective quality Control in all company activities.
Electronic Security System and Fire Alarm Design and Installations.
Project Budgeting P/L, accounting, payroll, purchasing and procurement of goods.
Promote safety in connection with all installations
Maintain satisfactory Labor relations with Union and Installation Personnel.
Direct and plan for each contract installation in advance, Project Scheduling.
Oversee supervision Through Project Managers, to insure project schedules are maintained.
Assure that all Projects meet customer’s requirements in accordance with Spec’s & codes.
Ensure that no work is performed out of scope without an approved change order.
Present a Professional image when representing the company.
Develop and Improve Customer Satisfaction.
Coordinate with key personnel in asset management to improve Profit for the Company.
Maintain good communication with Inspectors, Engineers, Architect and personnel.
