Scope Of Work
CMC-East Lincoln is a new Carolinas HealthCare System facility planned to better serve the health care needs of the eastern Lincoln County and the Lake Norman areas. Located at the northeast corner of Highway 16 and Optimist Church Road, this two-story, 40,000 SF building has been sited to accommodate an additional medical office building as well.
CMC – East Lincoln has a thru-lobby on the ground floor with grade level parking located on both sides. The building offers clients a covered drive-thru at the front entrance, a covered rear entrance and a separate entrance at the ground floor exclusively for the urgent care suite. Stairway towers at either end of the building extend outward from the building face and are adorned with a dominating CHS “tree of life” logo.
The initial tenant suites, all designed by FMK Architects, include Lakemont Family Medicine, Lincoln Pain Management, an Ambulatory Surgery Center, an Urgent Care Center and a timeshare suite.
