As the President and owner of Supreme Structures, Dan Bertler’s primary focus is business development. His role spans all levels of the business from building and maintaining partnerships with clients, enlisting financial and governmental resources, and utilizing 20 years of diverse local partnerships.

Dan earned his bachelor’s in agriculture with an emphasis on business industry and construction management from the University of Wisconsin. He also attended Madison Area Technical College to complete the associated general contractor superintendent course.

Prior to establishing Supreme Structures, Inc., Dan worked in the construction industry since 1988. His vast background in construction management includes project management, contract negotiations, job cost evaluations, material purchasing, estimating, and plan review. Dan’s professional network and experience in the Madison-area building industry makes him an invaluable asset to his clients during plan commission and plan approval processes.

Denise Cameron joined Supreme Structures in October 2017 as the CFO. Denise brings a wealth of experience from a variety of industries including: construction, retail and service. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kansas State University.

As CFO, Denise provides exceptional financial leadership and management to the overall success of our company. Through planning and strategy, Denise provides financial direction for the future of our company. Denise takes pride in using her skills acquired throughout her career to help our company navigate through the complexities of running our company’s financial affairs while still maintaining the focus on our company’s core values.

Outside of work Denise enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, camping, and baking.

Eric Heise graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in 2003 with a bachelor’s in construction management.  In 2004, Eric joined Supreme Structures, Inc. as a superintendent in the Milwaukee area.

Eric is responsible for coordinating superintendents and job site management throughout all projects.  Eric has worked in the construction industry since 1999.

Eric’s past work includes large healthcare projects in southeast Wisconsin. Since his hire, Eric has become an integral part of the Madison team.  His management skills, organization, and experience make him a solid support within the company.  Eric’s high expectations and drive give our clients assurance their job will be thoroughly managed.

Blake brings over 15 years of design experience in a wide range of project types including Healthcare, Hospitality, Mercantile, Office, and Residential Design. Blake studied Graphic Design at UW Stout before getting his Associates Degree in Architectural Technology from Madison College.

With a client focused design philosophy, Blake helps to bring the clients vision to life. Using visualization tools, along with Revit, clients can visualize their project to aid in the design process and spark discussion. Blake believes that every person that touches a project helps to mold and influences outcomes. He believes that design build is the perfect opportunity to complete successful projects for clients and is excited to bring their vision to life.

Supreme Structures welcomed Dan Miller to the Project Management team in October of 2017. Dan studied Environmental Design at the University of Colorado at Boulder and brings a wealth of industry experience.

After graduating with his bachelors, Dan worked as a Commercial Real Estate Energy Consultant in Chicago. He moved to Madison, WI where he began working as an Assistant Construction Manager on very custom and energy efficient residential projects.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys the outdoors, hiking, camping, and spending his Summers with family at their lake house.

Forrest Heaney joined Supreme Structures in 2014.  He graduated from UW-Platteville with a  Bachelors in Business Administration. In addition to his B/S, he earned an associate degree in Applied Science as an Architectural Technician from Madison College.

Forrest brings a wealth of experience in the building industry. Prior to working for Supreme Structures, Forrest applied his Architectural Technician education to work closely with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers. Forrest drives successful projects by utilizing the collective strengths of a variety of software programs to create detailed construction documents and virtual building models.

Sean Anderson graduated from the University of Wisconsin Platteville in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, where he later completed his Master’s Degree in Project Management in 2013.

Sean’s past work experience includes the electric utility and commercial electrical construction field. From building power lines in Illinois to installing electrical wiring in high rises in Dallas. Sean has worked with engineers, owners, architects, vendors and subcontractors across many facets of the construction industry. Sean brings collective strengths for all parties involved to ensure no detail is overlooked and the project is completed to the highest standard.

In his spare time, Sean enjoys cycling and spending with his wife and son.

Todd Colbeck maintains a diverse role at Supreme Structures.  Todd supervises multiple small projects and service maintenance contracts on a daily basis.  He is also responsible for maintaining company buildings and equipment.

Todd has worked in the construction industry since 1988 and proved great leadership abilities when he joined the team in 2005. Coming from the drywall trade, Todd’s impeccable attention to detail and his drive to do the best makes him a great fit for Supreme Structures.

Dennis Wildes joined Supreme Structures in 2008. Dennis brings over 25 years of professional experience and a wealth of knowledge in both the residential and commercial construction industry. Having owned his own business, Dennis is experienced in masonry, roofing, carpentry and trim, and HVAC/sheet metal work.

In addition to his strong foundation of industry knowledge, over the years Dennis has taken multiple courses; including, Supervisor Training courses through ABC and State License Home Inspector.

Outside of work, Dennis enjoys the outdoors, golf, and most of all spending time with his family.

Hannah Heise joined Supreme Structures in 2016 as the Digital Media Coordinator. Hannah graduated from Cardinal Stritch University with a bachelor’s in business management.

Hannah is responsible for maintaining an active and robust media presence, while working with clients, employees, and trade affiliates to coordinate and document the construction process. Hannah utilizes a range of different tools to capture and highlight the importance of each construction project.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys boating, hiking and skiing with her friends and family.
