Founded over fifty (50) years ago as a family-operated venture, now in its second generation ownership, we have grown to our current solid status while developing an enviable reputation for quality work on time and within budget.

Our initial specialty was Developing and Constructing of free standing and strip Commercial Shopping Centers. Changing markets have required expansion into other areas that demand additional skills and techniques. At the forefront is developing a capable staff to progress into and succeed in the Design/Build Mode of Industrial, Commercial and Sports Facility Areas in addition to traditional competitive bidding formats.

Our organization and staff permits us to be competitive on projects in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Maryland, Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Florida, North and South Carolina.

We maintain tight controls with our staff on the key elements of construction that keep a project on schedule. The balance of the trades are normally locally bid with reliable subcontractors. Should the local subcontractors not be competitive, we would use a number of our frequently used subcontractors to maintain cost control.

The ability to provide Architectural & Engineering Services as part of the total Design/Bid package provides the client with significant time and cost savings over traditional Design/Bid/Construct procedures. This, combined with Construction Management and Scheduling expertise provides flexibility in our operations and savings to the owner. Savings recommendations [Value Engineering] sensitive to functional planning, architectural considerations as well as constructability, can be offered should budgets be exceeded
