Scope Of Work
In the spring of 2013, Reconstruction Experts was awarded the post-litigation repairs at Park Place, which included the re-piping of the first five floor horizontal stacks and garage. The scope of work also included the installation of cleanouts and access panels throughout the 30 floors. Reconstruction Experts communication protocols were essential to the coordination and efficiency of the project as we needed to access individual units to repair the stacks.
