Scope Of Work
Because of our proven success, in 2011 RE was the chosen contractor to add additional dampers and louvers for the cooling tower and the elevator shaft. RE is extremely familiar with hospitality reconstruction and specifically the Holiday Inn. We understand the importance of working within a set schedule and more importantly an occupied hospitality environment.
• Fitness Center Remodel
- Complete demolition of fooring wall covering and existing mirrors
- Installed new light clouds
- Installed new vinyl wall covering and trim
- Installed new floor to ceiling mirrors and door mirrors
• Removed west towers exterior wall stucco and exterior gypsum board
- Installed waterproofing membrane and replaced stucco to match existing stucco
• Dampers and Louvers
- Installed 2 additional louvers to allow movement in the cooling tower
- Installed tempuratured controlled dampers
- Installed one extra damper in the elevator shaft
