Scope Of Work
New single family home development with 179 projected lots with a clubhouse. Site development for Phase 1 started in February 2017, and was paved in August 2017. Phase 2 site work will commence in February 2018.
When complete, SEH will have moved approximately 250,000 cy of dirt and installed over 13,000 lf of sanitary piping, 90 sanitary manholes, 15,000 lf of storm drain, and 10,000 lf of water main.
