Scope Of Work
This project involved restoring the old Salt Lake City VA Hospital into a 95,000-square-foot luxury condominium structure overlooking the Salt Lake Valley. The exterior underwent an extensive face-lift to restore its original look, and the interiors were seismically strengthened and completely renovated with many high-end features. Hogan constructed a new 40,000-square-foot underground parking structure in the back, and added a new wing for additional living space.
