B.L. Spille Construction, Inc. was formed in 1963 and incorporated under the rules and regulations of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  B.L. Spille is a design builder, construction manager and general contractor.  Through the years the company’s authority has expanded from the original (3) three states to now include (23) twenty-three states.  The expansion was driven by our, repeat and referred clients, and their multi-state locations. 

B.L. Spille has also diversified into several areas, medical design build, Industrial/manufacturing, railroad facilities and commercial projects.
