Robert Adair's Bio
Schooled in architecture, with a career spanning both the construction and high technology industries, Bob has founded, co-founded or led a number of innovative new companies to success at regional, national and international levels, by establishing a dominant footprint in emerging markets.
In the sustainability arena, Bob led the formation of the Houston Land/Water Sustainability Forum (HLWSF) in 2007 and has served as its Steering Committee Chair since inception. The HLWSF has been instrumental in the adoption, adaptation and implementation of Low Impact Development in the Houston area and has achieved local, regional and national recognition, from the EPA, and others for its unique, market-driven approach to driving change.
Bob is a multi-term member of the Board of the South Central Chapter of the International Erosion Control Association (IECA), and is a recipient of that organization’s Sustained Contributor Award. He has served on the Small Business Advisory Council of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), the Steering Committee of the Environmental Forum of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America, the Board of Directors of the Associated General Contractors-Houston, the national Stormwater Committee of the Water Environment Federation (WEF) where he was vice chair of the Focus on Innovation subcommittee, and currently serves on the Advisory Committee of the national Stormwater Technology Testing and Evaluation for Product and Practices (STEPP) Workgroup led by WEF and the USEPA. He’s also currently serving on the Board of Cy-Fair Christian Church.
He’s the proud father of a remarkable ‘cyber warrior’ son, the loving husband of a beautiful Venezuelana, and an avid sailor “with a Caribbean soul [he] can barely control.”

Dale Bankston's Bio
Dale has 25 years of experience in the Houston construction marketplace, including 15 years as owner of his own company. He joined Construction EcoServices in 2006 and has served in leadership roles in virtually every department concerned with construction activity compliance. Jack of all trades and master of most, Dale is the ultimate ‘get it done’ guy who leads by example. If he’s not at work you’ll likely find him playing a killer drum line for one of several local bands, or even on Sunday morning with the church praise and worship band.

David Batts's Bio
David Batts grew up on the Texas Gulf Coast where he spent every free moment he had on the water. It was fitting that as a professional he found himself helping protect the very ecosystem that he enjoyed as an adolescent. Promoting innovative new water management strategies is as much of a passion as it is how he makes a living, and he often finds himself far from home presenting to anyone that will listen about his latest finding or lesson learned in his pursuit of perfection in Green Infrastructure Design and Construction Methods. David joined Construction EcoServices in 2006 as the first employee in the Stormwater System Solutions business unit that he now runs. He is an avid fisherman and conservationist and spends as much time as possible with his wife and two boys enjoying nature.
John Moss's Bio
An important member of the Construction EcoServices team since 2003, John spent much of his career automating field sales and service organizations with cutting edge technologies. At EcoServices, he has served in various senior roles, all of which have capitalized on his innate relationship and partnership building skills. John is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and has trained literally thousands of general contractor personnel and regulators. Passionate about music since his teen years, John has engineered and produced numerous live concerts and several recordings by names you’d know, in studios across Texas. He has been blessed with a loving wife, two beautiful daughters and a grandson who is the apple of his eye.
