Scope Of Work
Maxim Skylights was chosen to provide skylights that would comply with OSHA fall through protection. Maxim Skylights tested a specific size for this project to provide static and live load requirements that well exceeded the OSHA guidelines. From 400lbs static to over 3200 lbs live, these double glazed skylights will allow roof top workers to be protected for many years to come. The double glazed configuration, using two layers of UV enhanced polycarbonate, allow the inner dome to remain protected from the effects of weathering and uv exposure so as to keep a "safety" layer to eliminate degradation concerns.
