Scope Of Work
After Super Typhoon Yutu rampaged through the U.S. Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands in October 2018, the typhoon damaged the existing fiberlgas skylights on the Justice Center and Maxim Skylights was the clear choice to provide the replacements. While the number of openings was scaled back, protection form future storm damage was mission critical on this project.
Not uncommon in the tropical climates is poured concrete buildings including the roofs and roof curbs. Maxim Skylights was able to provide skylights that will help protect the building for many years to come.
Interesting fact; The Justice Building on Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, is known as the “Guma’ Hustisia, Iimwal Aweewe, House Of Justice” which means “House of Justice” in Chamorro, Carolinian and English.
